1. SHIPPING COSTS We are pleased to offer free premium shipping for all orders to Austria. There is no minimum order value.
2. PROCESSING TIME & LOGISTICS To guarantee exclusive trends and the best prices, we work directly with international manufacturers.

Processing Time: All orders are reviewed, packed, and handed over to our logistics partner within 1–3 business days.
3. DELIVERY TIMES The estimated delivery time to Austria is:

Standard Delivery: 7–18 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note that due to strict customs controls, small delays may occur at the logistics center. In return, we guarantee duty-free delivery directly to your doorstep.
4. ORDER TRACKING As soon as your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package online at any time. Final delivery is reliably handled by the Austrian Post (Österreichische Post).
