Welcome to Livora. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products through our online store. By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS This online store (livoraboutique.at) is operated by Guilherme Lima Guimarães (Zürcherstrasse 112, 8952 Schlieren, Switzerland) under the brand name Livora. Use of the website is only permitted to individuals who have reached the legal minimum age to enter into contracts. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict service to any person or region at any time.

2. FORMATION OF CONTRACT AND PRODUCTS The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy Now" (or equivalent) button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is only formed when we accept your order by sending a confirmation email.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS All prices on our website are stated in Euro (€) and include statutory VAT in accordance with IOSS regulations for shipping to Austria. We offer various secure payment methods, including PayPal and major credit cards via Shopify Payments. The total amount is due immediately upon ordering. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time without prior notice.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Our products are shipped directly from international manufacturing locations to guarantee you exclusive trends and fair prices. The estimated delivery time to Austria is 7–18 business days. Due to customs regulations (IOSS compliance), short delays may occur at the logistics center. Livora is not liable for delays caused by customs or the local postal service provider (Österreichische Post).

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Livora does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Livora, our directors, or partners be liable for any injury, loss, or direct and indirect damages of any kind arising from the use of the service or the products purchased.

6. APPLICABLE LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), provided that this does not conflict with mandatory legal provisions of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence (Austria).
